Hi! I’m Cindy.
I specialize in natural light photography. Whether it is a newborn embraced by loving parents, a growing family, or a couple embarking on a new life together, I love to meet new people and witness the connections between them. I get to experience the love, joy and happiness between people, and preserve those emotions and memories to be relived time and time again.
I’m in love with my husband, children and grandchildren. I have enjoyed a career working extensively with newborns and new moms as a Women/Newborn nurse (yes, I’m a nurse AND a photographer!). Before my nursing career, I enjoyed a career in early childhood. Take my love of photography, add in my experience with babies & children, and you can see that baby and family photography was a natural progression for me. About 3 years ago, a dear friend asked if I would photograph her daughter’s wedding. I felt both very honored and privileged. I asked my daughter to be my 2nd photographer. It was a beautiful experience. It presented a chance to work with my daughter (and secretively, a chance to see my grandkids more often). So I rolled in wedding photography into my repertoire.
